Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026 · Version v1
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up as a renter, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, do not sign up.
2. Service Description
We operate service-area landing pages and forward incoming phone calls and form submissions from those pages to the “active renter” assigned to each page. Each renter holds an exclusive monthly rental on their assigned page.
3. No Lead Volume Guarantees
Lead volume depends on Google rankings, search demand, season, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a minimum number of phone calls or form submissions per month. The price you pay is for exclusive routing on the page — not for a specific lead count.
4. Renter Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Hold all licenses, insurance, and registrations required by law for the services you provide.
- Respond to inbound leads and calls professionally and in good faith.
- Provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
- Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal practices with leads.
5. Pricing & Price Lock
Your monthly rate is locked for 12 monthsfrom your activation date. After 12 months, we may adjust the rate based on demand; you'll receive at least 30 days' notice before any rate change takes effect, and you can cancel before the new rate kicks in.
6. Payment & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Once paid, the month is non-refundable. You may cancel any time; your access continues through the end of the current paid month, and you will not be charged again.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your routing after 7 days of unpaid status. After 30 days unpaid, we may release the page to other renters.
7. Approval & Termination
New renter applications are subject to manual approval, typically within 24 hours. We reserve the right to decline any application without specific reason. We may also terminate an active rental with cause (fraud, breach of these terms, customer complaints, unlicensed operation, etc.). In a for-cause termination, the current month is forfeit.
8. Brand Name & Pages
The brand name, design, content, phone numbers, and URL of each rented page remain our property at all times. Renters do not acquire ownership of any page or its rankings. Renters may not redirect, alter, or claim ownership of pages they rent.
9. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in [CITY, STATE].
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
