Refund Policy

Short version
All charges are non-refundable. You can cancel any time, and you keep access through the end of the current paid month.
Detailed terms
- Initial month:When you sign up and pay, that month's charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is later approved or declined. If declined, you keep your access for the period you paid for and may resubmit a different application.
- Monthly recurrence: Each subsequent month is billed automatically on the same calendar day. Each month is non-refundable once charged.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time before your next billing date. Your rental stays active through the last day of the current paid month, then ends. Phone forwarding and form lead routing stop at midnight on the end date.
- Payment failures:If we can't process a renewal, we'll email you. After 7 days unpaid, your routing pauses. After 30 days unpaid, the page is released to other renters and your subscription is canceled.
- Disputes/Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy terminates your access immediately and may result in legal collection of fees plus chargeback costs.
Why no refunds
Each rental gives you exclusive routing on a service-area page for the entire month. During that month, no other contractor can receive leads from that page — by design. Once we've given you that exclusivity, we can't resell that period to another renter, so refunds aren't possible.
